HOW MUCH IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

The minimum order required varies depending on the product. Singles require a minimum order quantity of 10 pcs. for any variants. Drip bags in 5s or 10s and whole/ground coffee beans (250g or 500g) require a minimum order quantity of 2 pouches for any variants.

CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE COFFEE VARIANT?

Yes. As long as you will hit the the minimum order required per product type.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Each purchase order per customer is subjected to a Php 85.00 delivery fee regardless of quantity.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

To ensure the freshness and quality of the products, The Kopï Co. will process purchases on a batch basis and order from their supplier at the end of each purchase week (Friday Cut- off). Kindly allow each batch to have a minimum of 7 - 10 days delivery time due to COVID-19- related delays such as border control and inspections per region.

IS CASH-ON-DELIVERY ALLOWED?

Unfortunately, Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment is not yet available as deliveries in DAET and SAN LORENZO areas shall be made by local courier services (Purple Box, etc.).

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT CHANNELS AVAILABLE?

Purchase order payments may be made through any of the following channels (GCash, PayMaya or BPI Fund Transfer).

WHAT IF I WAS NOT ABLE TO PAY THE AMOUNT DUE?

Purchase order with late payment shall be processed on the next cut-off date.
